Adecco is recruiting a Sales Manager to work in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. In this Sales Manager role you will be held accountable for leading a sales team, managing revenues, and promoting the company brand in the local market. Applicants should have previous performed in a sales and service evnironment with some supervisory experience. As this role is heavily focused on business development, applicants should have a passion for sales and customer service.

Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall direction, leadership, activity, and performance of the branch
- Responsible for P&Ls including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management
- Responsible for business develop and fostering a positive company brand in the market
- Strategically recognize and develop market and sales opportunities in the area
- Lead and encourage a positive environment for teammates to succeed within
- Perform as a leader by demonstrating values, ethics, and professionalism in all actions

Sales Manager Qualifications:
- Applicants should have completed post-secondary education in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a sales and service environment
- At least some direct sales experience with B2B sales
- Minimum of 1+ year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Valid drivers license with a reliable vehicle
- Applicants should be driven, motivated, and eager to succeed
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
