Calling all Customer Service Experts! We are currently recruiting for an experienced barista/supervisor to lead our Starbucks team into the busy season and beyond.
This position requires a high level of leadership and guidance with an emphasis on quality and relationship building with our clients.
Hours will primarily be Monday-Friday day shift. Some weekends may be required. Outlet is open from 6am -6pm 7days/week.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure outlet delivers exceptional customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude at all times
Ensuring all barista's establish rapport and connect with customers by immediate acknowledgement and greeting
Follow all operational policies and procedures as established by the Starbucks and DoubleTree brands
Ensuring that all opening and closing duties are completed to standard, including end of shift balancing of transactions, individual reports, and deposits.
Knowledge of all Starbucks products
Drink service and preparation as per Starbucks standards and with exceptional personality from each barista
Sell and upselling of products and service Coaching and guiding team to continuously upsell
Counter and condiment table maintenance ensuring regular cleaning tasks are maintained
ensure all new specials and promotions are set as per Starbucks requirements and deadlines
