Permanent Full Time (40 hours per week)
Wage: $25.00 per hour
Location: 2-738A 45th Street W, Saskatoon, SK S7L 5X1
Roles & responsibilities:
Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
Maintain and organize office operations and procedures
Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system
Providing general reception and clerical duties including answering telephone and email inquiries, and walk-in traffic;
Prepare timesheets and control correspondences
Support other teams with various administrative tasks
Perform other related duties as required
Qualifications/Requirements:
Completion of at least secondary school.
At least 1 year of experience in an office environment.
Customer Service oriented and able to make good decisions.
