Job Description

ISL is seeking an Assistant Service coordinator for our head office in Regina, SK. This individual must be organized, self-motivated, punctual, reliable, a self-starter, and able to adapt to changing situations. Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

-Manage technician schedules when required by Service Co-ordinator
-Maintain employee list of significant events
- Ensure accurate completion of pertinent forms
-Assist in preparing monthly maintenance schedules to ensure appropriate usage of technicians time
-Assist with posting work orders and administrative appointments
-Assist in customer satisfaction through follow-up calls
-Develop thorough knowledge of technician qualifications and various weighing devices
-Maintain a culture of safety and quality

Mandatory Qualifications

Completion of post-secondary education
Advanced computer proficiency with extensive experience in MS Office Suite
Excellent communicator (both verbal & written)
Experience and success in problem-solving and critical thinking role

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in scheduling/project management
LEAN Management Training
Prosci Certification
