CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
Reporting to the Farm Manager, the duties, responsibilities and qualifications of the Customer Service Manager are as follows:


RERSPONSIBILITIES & Duties

1.    Retain existing clients providing company services, guarantees when and where appropriate, and problem resolution
2.    Attract and retain new clients
3.    Communicate annual reports to existing clientele
4.    Assist client problem resolution in their own businesses
5.    Plan, prepare and devise work schedules and arrange workloads to other workers.
6.    Co-ordinate, assign, record, and save customers documents.
7.    Assign and delegate work schedules and tasks to other workers
8.    Communicate with customers via phone, email, or letter.
9.    Resolve work-related problems and prepare the report.
10.    Review and evaluate team performances.
11.    Establish customer care policies and procedures.
12.    Communicates with other departments and management to resolve problems and expedite work.
13.    Oversee and offer suggestions to team members.
14.    Ask customers to provide feedback on representatives and customer service experience.
15.    Keep abreast of the companys new farming products and services.
16.    Carry out preventive maintenance, keep records of all maintenance follow-ups and prepare daily reports of maintenance activities;
17.    Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in customer service activities.
18.    Review and check work of subordinates such as reports, records, and applications for accuracy and content, then correct errors.


Have the ability to work independently in a non-office setting
From time to time be available for evening and weekend work
Attend trade shows as necessary

Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration
Experience: 2 years work experience in Customer Service Management.

Language:
     Proficient in the English and mandarin verbally and written
