The HR Advisor under the direction of the Human Resource Director will primarily be responsible for managing the day to day human resources function at the Langbank facility. This position will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment, health and safety as well as support the HR Coordinator with payroll and benefits. This role will also advise employees and managers on the interpretation of human resources policies, compensation and benefit programs.
