Description

Qualifications
    In-depth knowledge of the roofing construction industry and company operations specifically construction specifications, building materials, methods and procedures.
    Working knowledge of computer software including but not limited to Project Estimating software, Excel and Word.
    Ability to manage employees of the construction projects and assumes responsibility.
    Strong interpersonal skills; oral and written communication skills.
    Valid Drivers License and clean driving abstract.
    Ability to represent the Company in a professional manner, promoting the organization in a positive and productive discipline.

Responsibilities:
    Create, maintain and execute the project plan, schedule and ensures compliance with budget.
    Supervise and coordinate all construction activities.
    Supervise, direct, mentor, coach and train site foreman, field staff assigned to projects.
    Create site-specific plans and procedures; ensure the implementation of Clark Roofing (1964) Ltd. Safety program to create a safe work environment throughout the project sites adhere to the safety and record keeping requirements.
    Ensure materials and workmanship meet the design requirements and quality standards.
    Obtain necessary information from designers, engineers, contractors and owners.
    Advise senior management of potential problems, work interferences or schedule difficulties while resolving such conflict; anticipate and resolve project issues.
    Maintain excellent relationships with owner, architect, engineers, consultants, subcontractors and public.
    Maintain project-reporting procedures.
    Provide performance status reports regarding cost forecasts, schedule and safety.
    Develop and monitor the project schedule and budget.
    Understand contractual responsibilities and contract documents.
    Other duties as required.
