HYDRONICS INSIDE SALES (REGP-18-130)

We are seeking an experienced Hydronics Inside Sales representative to provide personal customer service and technical expertise to walk-in and phone in customers at our Regina Express location.  The environment is fast-paced and our business is growing.  Responsibilities will include:

     Providing timely quotations and accurate order processing and delivery
     Recommending alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications
     Processing customer transactions such as orders and returns
     Preparing small to medium job quotations
     Communicating with outside sales people to update customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse
     Educating customers about features and benefits of products to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction
     Maintaining and expanding customer base

The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and a good understanding of hydronic products.  You must be an outgoing, self-motivated, results oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Proficiency with computers is a requirement.  The ability to read hydronic heating blueprints and prepare take-offs would be a definite asset.
