WHAT YOU WILL DO FOR US:
Greet, assist and tour prospective residents through our properties.
Assist in implementing marketing initiatives
Perform clerical duties by assisting with process rental applications, and prepare lease paperwork.
Assist management with the completion of daily, weekly and monthly reporting
Maintain awareness of local market trends and conditions
Be an active listener to accommodate the clients needs.
Assist all team members as requested and required.
Participate and assist with Resident Appreciation Events.
