Job Duties & Skills:
Carrying out planting, fertilizing, cultivating, spraying and harvesting operations
Oversee growing and other crop related operations
Operating and maintaining farm machinery
Farm yard and equipment maintenance
General farm duties as required
Working Hours: 40-50 hours per week, varying schedule and may be required to work evenings, weekends.
Wage: $20 /hour
Work Location: Outlook, SK, S0L 2N0
Language at workplace: English
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: physically demanding; attention to detail; combination of sitting, standing, walking; overtime required; outside work; rural area.
Employment Requirements:
Education Requirement: No Formal Requirement
Experience Requirement: 7 months to 1year related farm experience
Equipment and Machinery Experience: ability to operate and maintain farm machinery, including those deemed heavy equipment (combines, tractors, sprayer, etc.). Use of GPS equipment.
Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada
