Description

Frontline Capital is a private equity firm located in Weyburn, Saskatchewan.  The firm partners with driven management teams to achieve maximum growth and investment returns. Frontlines investments are industry agnostic, with a preference for majority or substantial ownership.

Position Description

Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the Associate will be responsible for helping to source deals. The Associate will be responsible for performing due diligence on potential investments. Furthermore, the individual will execute Frontlines marketing plan to enhance the reputation of the firm. This is a 6-month contract position with the potential to earn full-time employment.
Responsibilities
Perform financial analysis, prepare investment memos and industry overviews and present findings to investment committee
Monitoring of both financial and operational aspects of existing investments
Lead various sector analyses and stay abreast of industry trends
Acting as a liaison between management, portfolio companies, syndication partners and other stakeholders
Creating presentations and marketing materials
Need to be comfortable in various settings to further the firms reputation and goals
Complete adhoc tasks as needed to further the objectives of the firm

Candidate Qualifications
Graduates with a business/commerce degree, or individuals with relevant experience
Preference will be given to individuals with a finance, accounting or general business major
Strong financial, analytical, valuation and research skills with a passion for investing
Highly confident and personable in promoting the organization and networking
Self-starter who is able to work autonomously with little direction and solve problems
Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines and work in fast pace environment
High degree of professionalism and integrity.
