Dynamic Disposal Ltd is looking to hire a Full-Time Bookkeeper. We are looking for a team member that has experience in general office duties. Experience with Quick books, Cortex and Open Invoice is required.
Duties would include full range of administrative services - Word Processing - MS Office programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Handling phone calls, take messages and transfer calls - dealing with customers
Clerical work - Mails, filing, courier, freight rates - research.
Invoicing, Costing, Manual time-card, Accounts payable and receivable.
QUALIFICATIONS
Administrative Assistant experience
Knowledge in Quick books a necessary requirement
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Exceptional computer skills and is willing to be trained for new software
Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines
