We are looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant to join our Company Operations team. You will be one of the first points of contact for our Executive team, so we are looking for an applicant who demonstrates professionalism, has excellent communication skills, and has an approachable demeanor. This role is dynamic and can change day to day, so a see it, grab it, do it attitude is key!
Responsibilities
Answering and redirecting telephone calls
Recording and relaying information to members of Operations team, Executive team, and more
Scheduling, organizing, and confirming multiple calendars and meetings, as well as travel and office activities for Vendastas CEO and C-suite, as needed
Accounting and expense reconciliation for Executive team
Researching and implementing various projects for the CEO and C-Suite
Ordering office supplies and maintaining records
Performing clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and handling confidential information
Assisting Operations team with office guests and events
Performing other clerical duties related to daily company operations as needed
Skills and Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and/or as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional telephone manner
Positive attitude, receptive to fast changing environment, flexible
Strong computer skillsGoogle Suite proficient with Mac IOS
Minimum Grade 12 education required
Diploma or certificate in office administration from a recognized college or technical school considered an asset
