We are searching for an Administrative Assistant/Event Coordinator who is responsible for a diverse range of administrative as well as tracking, implementing and organizing events. This individual must be able to work independently with limited or no supervision at times.
Are you someone who is highly organized with exceptional communication skills? We are looking for someone who is imaginative, comfortable on the phone and a self-starter with project management experience. The ideal candidate is collaborative, confident and an outgoing leader. The role works internally with both management and other office staff on a daily basis. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Requirements:
A minimum two years of experience in an office setting
Be proficient in Microsoft Office, advanced in Excel
Typing accuracy of 45+ WPM
