We are actively recruiting for a Parts & Service Writer to support our clients growing business. The successful candidate will be a confident self-starter who is comfortable and familiar with the industrial setting/industry.
Roles and Responsibilities
Contact customers to schedule service calls
Schedule calls, parts, and prep for service call
Warranty claims
Close work orders and Invoice customer
Create and maintain customer profiles
Coordinating part requirements with Parts Department
Action parts lookup/ background for sourcing including ordering parts from different manufactures
Understand customer's needs
Front-line, client facing
Skills and Qualifications
Comfortable on the phone
Outstanding customer service skills and customer focus
Positive attitude
Strong English language, French is an asset
Proficient with Microsoft OS, internal training on proprietary software as needed
Coach-ability and willingness to learn new things
Can work independently while supporting a team
