This role is responsible for leading, managing, coordinating and implementing daily the customer scope of works within the designated area or territory, to provide Janitorial Services across multiple customer banners
To ensure the delivery of superior customer service and experience in compliance with Uniteds annual plans, store level budgets, processes, KPIs. This role will focus on cost controls at store level to ensure regional and organizational profitability requirements are met
This role is also responsible for increasing of revenue from the existing customers as specified in the United budget and managing a mobile workforce within the designated area or territory. In addition, this role will align with communication strategies across customer banners to create a continuous line of communication between customers and United in real time. This role will also act as support for other Area & Account managers as required.
