This position will report to the Marketing Manager of Digital Platforms, and will contribute to ongoing enhancements, support, and development of the Mysask411 consumer app and website. This includes, but is not limited to research, testing, ongoing and monthly analysis, and other marketing activities supporting the ongoing digital platform goals and strategies. Performs other related duties in the following areas: content development, market research, corporate projects, social media and advertising.

The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal, organization, and communication skills, and will be confident to excel with key responsibilities, which may include the following:
    Consulting and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to continuously develop, enhance and promote the Directwest and Mysask411 digital platforms and its product and service suites.
    Utilizing digital tools, such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Power BI, to analyze usage and performance of features on the Mysask411 platforms to help inform others and drive decisions based on data
    Contributing to digital development strategies and execution, including liaising with Partners, participating in user testing and research, ideating on new features and user interface changes, and educating others.
    Lead regular reporting to various stakeholders, including providing analysis, insights, trending and opportunities
