Brandt Equipment Solutions is currently seeking a Customer Support Representative. Brandt Equipment Solutions specializes in the design and manufacture of heavy duty equipment attachments and customized guarding packages for construction and forestry equipment. This position is responsible for troubleshooting and communicating problems and improvements to Design and Manufacturing, resulting in improved quality and reduced warranty costs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Work with customers and dealers to resolve product issues
Analyze technical problems and troubleshoot possible solutions
Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Production to influence change
Track and communicate service information as the Voice of the Customer to the rest of the company
Assist in development and improvement of Customer Support processes
Co-ordinate problem resolution between internal departments and the customer
Receive feedback on solutions implemented
Provide after-hours support through on call rotation
Provide customer support at Equipment Shows
Provide in field support as necessary
Required Experience:
Engineering/ Mechanical/ Heavy Equipment Technologist diploma
Background or experience with heavy equipment
High level of customer focus
Analytical and problem solving skill set
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must be well organized with multi-tasking abilities
