Description

Glamping Resorts Campground Host

Are you friendly, outgoing and hospitable?  Are you detail oriented, organized and have great communication skills?

Glamping Resorts is seeking applicants wishing to become a Campground Host for the 2019 season.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

Greeting and welcoming campers upon arrival
Campground administration (accepting reservations, accepting and reconciling payments through our Reservation Program)
Organizing check-ins for after office hours
Dealing with camper concerns or complaints
Providing information about:
    -The facility, rules and regulations
    -Things to see and do in the surrounding  area
        - Ensuring the washrooms remain stocked and cleaned to an acceptable standard
    - Dealing with the camper concerns and complaints
    - Ensuring that the rules and regulations are followed
    - Cleaning Glamping Structures, changing bedding, providing clean towels, vacuum and mop floors, clean bathrooms, scrub showers, toilets and sinks
    - Ensure all kitchen utensils, plates, etc are clean and put away
    - Ensuring that the rules and regulations are followed
    - Excellent organizational skills to set priorities, monitor progress, and react to changing circumstances and to assist in problem-solving and decision making.
    - Laundry Duties
    - Be motivated, work with minmimal supervision and lead all aspects of housekeeping

Requirements

To be eligible, hosts should be willing to work varied hours/days between April 1 and October 1 (8 to 10 hours a day, to a maximum of 80 hours bi-weekly, alternating weekends and statutory holidays)
