Description

BASAC is a non-profit organization providing one on one counseling as well as programming for survivors of sexualized violence and their families. The Community Outreach Coordinator is a full time position.  The Community Outreach Coordinator reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for BASAC Outreach and Program Delivery.

Responsibilities
The Community Outreach Coordinators primary responsibilities are to build strategic relationships, conduct a variety of outreach activities, and deliver programming in and around North Battleford.
1.    Community Outreach
a.    Create and implement annual outreach plan
b.    Schedule and deliver presentations and group programming
c.    Attend relevant community meetings
d.    Build and maintain relationships with collaborative partners
e.    Create and deliver presentations on specific topics when requested to do so

Qualifications & Competencies
    Bachelors Degree in Human Services and prior experience in successful community outreach an asset.
    Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
    Ability to connect with others and forge strong relationships
    Committed to BASACs Mission and Values
    Highly organized
    Ability to perform several tasks concurrently, time management, organizational skills
    Ability to maintain confidential information
    Ability to organize and maintain detailed records, complete necessary paperwork and meet deadlines

Job Requirements
    Valid Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
    Valid Drivers License
    Reliable vehicle
    Ability to travel
