Description

The Ministry of Central Services has two senior level opportunities available, a Strategic Business Procurement Analyst and a Category Analyst, in the Procurement Services Unit. These key roles will provide analytical support for strategic sourcing and guidance to ministry clients, as well as, problem solve and analyze requirements, determine appropriate procurement methods, prepare competition documents such as RFPs, and evaluate responses to achieve the best overall value for government.



To be successful in these roles, you will have experience in, and the ability to, build collaborative relationships and partnerships, and communicate insights and recommendations clearly and confidently to clients, stakeholders, and senior leaders. You will have in-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, trade agreements, project management principles and processes, contract law, and contract negotiations.
