Responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with prospective major gift donors. This position includes responsibility for the major gifts fundraising stream for both individuals and business through researching of new prospects, managing and cultivating relationships, stewardship and recognition programs. position requires exceptional sales and relationship management skills, customer service and proven project management skills. The successful candidate will have extensive familiarity with fundraising, exemplary communication skills and the ability to power through challenges with confidence.
Post-secondary education with at least five years of sales experience or
major gift experience and knowledge of fundraising best practices as well as Raiser's Edge software is considered an asset.
