POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will work directly with the vice-president of safety, health, environment, quality and regulatory relations as well as provide administrative support to the department. You will be responsible for department co-ordination and communication, budget preparations, scheduling appointments, managing travel arrangements and itineraries, file and records management, general office administration and inquiries, as well as some project work. You will also support the department with procurement administration. You will also compile, format and produce various reports and communications for internal and external use by a variety of stakeholders.
This role has the opportunity for flexible work options to 80% time.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements of the position:
Diploma in business or administration
At least seven years of progressively responsible experience, including supporting senior managers and/or executive
Equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Assets:
Experience with SAP and SharePoint
