FCL invites applications for the position of Bistro Supervisor in our home office located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
The Bistro Supervisor oversees food quality and safety on a daily basis, and plans new menu ideas based on trends in the food service industry. They are responsible for training and developing the bistro team by example and through performance reviews. Under the direction of the Food Safety Manager, ensure that the Bistro attains the budgets and margins that are set out.
The successful candidate will have a One year professional cooking or food service certificate and 3-5 years in a supervisory role in a commercial kitchen or cafeteria. Food Safety Certificate. Journeyman Red Seal in cook trade is an asset.
A combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.
