Reporting directly into the Customer Service Team Leader, you will deliver exceptional customer service in line with the companys Value Proposition and meet individual targets. Further responsibilities will include:
-acting as the first point resolution of customer queries wherever possible and handing off to Sales Specialist Team and Business Centre when required
-investigating and resolving customer complaints as per company policy in a timely fashion
-Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
-Ability to work well both independently and in a team environm
