Description

Responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks and is the first point of contacts for clients and general public.  Need to have superior time management, multitasking and communication skills (verbal & written) Looking for applicants who are trained and experienced in microsoft word & excel and client appointment manager. High level of confidentiality is absolutely essential.  This is a job share position - working Monday & Fridays as well as covering for holidays & sick days.
Criminal record cheque required.
