JOB OVERVIEW:
The Contractor Sales Repesenative is committed to RONAs sales and service goals by developing professional relationships and fostering customer loyalty with our Contractor customers. Key accountabilities include but are not limited to: maximizing sales and gross margin while providing the best shopping experience possible. The Contractor Sales Repesenative achieves this objective through daily interaction with customers and employees.

Store Operations
Effectively communicate, plan and provide instruction to employees on a daily basis
Work with Commercial team to develop action plans to improve performance, increase sales, manage expenses, improve RONA Opinion ratings, stock-outs and inventory turns
Anticipate and schedule department needs within labour budget
