As a social media manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns to promote the Eden brand, research what competitors are doing and learn from popular trends that will help Eden stay relevant to our audience, and ensure customer satisfaction by responding to complaints, questions and comments left on the companys social media pages in a timely and appropriate manner.

In addition, the social media manager continuously monitors site analytics to see what types of content followers respond to the most and adjusts the strategy accordingly.

Job Description
    Leading strategic review of the organizations social media presence within a new market, including providing counsel on integration of social media activities with the organizations brand and evolving communications program, development of policies and governance with compliance to regulatory requirements

    Playing an integral role in the design and development of a comprehensive digital communications and social media strategy, incorporating multiple social media platforms

    Working with colleagues to develop integrated, multi-channel communications programs with strict compliance standards

    Promoting social media tactics as a fundamental part of the brand and communications media mix and ensuring social media/digital communications approach is aligned with organizations web site and digital media strategy

    Leading the development of the organizations presence and effectiveness within multiple social media platforms

    Serving as the administrator of the organizations presence within core social media platforms
