Adult female, age 45, with an acquired brain injury (both physical & some cognitive) arising from a motor vehicle accident, requires a Permanent Part-time Personal Support Worker / Care Aide, to provide one-on-one support with daily living activities, personal care & companionship at her residence located in REGINA BEACH on the week-ends (BOTH Saturdays & Sundays from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm).
Prior experience is a definite asset. A demonstrated ability to perform a standing one-person transfer, without the use of a lift, is essential.
Applicants should have the following:
* Personal Support Worker / Health Care Aid Certification or equivalent
* Transferring, Lifting & Repositioning Certification
* First Aid & CPR Certifications
* Clear Criminal Background Check
* Valid Drivers License & Reliable Transportation
