Job Ad- Dental receptionist
We are looking for an enthusiastic addition to our Battlefords Family Dental Centre reception team. Our current receptionist is furthering her education and will carry on with the dental team as a Registered Dental Assistant.

To be successful in this role you will thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, have great organizational and communication skills and value teamwork and collaboration.
This is a long-term opportunity with very attractive benefits (after a successful probationary period) a full-time schedule with no evening or weekend hours
Dental Receptionist Responsibilities:
Listed but not limited to:
    Scheduling appointments for clients with the practice and performing follow up/reminder calls
    Processing billing and insurance payments/claims
    Responding to clients in person and over the phone in a timely manner
    Providing end of day report and other duties as assigned
Dental Receptionist Requirements:
    Previous office administration experience is ideal but is not a requirement
    Previous experience in a medical environment is ideal but is not a requirement
    Strong customer service orientation
    Strong attention to detail and high accuracy when entering data
    Quick learner
    Ability to work alone or in a team setting

Successful candidates ideally will have experience in all dental administrative procedures including managing patients, insurance pre-determinations, claim submissions and schedule management, but we will train the right person!
