Description

Under the direction of the Head of Diagnostics, this person will perform laboratory/radiology and ECG duties for detection, prevention and management of physiological and pathological conditions.  This position will work closely with all departments of the ANHH and the Health Services of the File Hills QuAppelle Tribal Council to ensure/maintain a high quality of patient care.    
This temporary full-time position may possibly become permanent. The hours of work may be 0800  1600, 0830 - 1630 or 0630  1430 Monday to Saturday and scheduled Standby (weekends and/or weekdays).

QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of approved Combined Laboratory & X-Ray Technician program
Licensed and registered by the Saskatchewan Association of Combined Laboratory & X-Ray Technicians (SACLXT)
Completion of Immunology (IMMU183), Cardiac Markers (CHEM 1808) and Therapeutic Drugs and Drugs of Abuse (CHEM 1807) courses are required or must be willing to complete
Rural hospital CLXT skills are an asset.

Rate of Pay                        
3 Step Grid:  $31.68 to 33.91
