MPM Construction Services is hiring a full time Construction Site Superintendent.  
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Create, maintain and executes the project plan and schedule and ensures compliance with budget
-Supervises and coordinates all construction activities
-Supervise and directs Assistant Superintendents, Field Coordinators, Surveyors, Foreman and staff assigned to project
-Creates site specific plans and procedures; ensures the implementation of Company Safety Program
-Adheres to the safety and record keeping requirements
-Ensures project materials and workmanship meets the project Quality Standards and Design requirements
-Obtains necessary information from engineers, designers, inspectors, municipal / provincial authorities and owners
-Advises senior management of potential problems, work interference or schedule difficulties while assisting in resolving such conflicts; anticipate and resolve project issues and schedule difficulties
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 5 years experience in Commercial Construction superintendent with focus on new building construction, tenant improvements
-Mobility will be required for projects within Southern Saskatchewan
-Field supervision (Civil and Commercial), Enrollment in the Gold Seal program is an asset
-Intermediate knowledge of the construction industry (civil and commercial) specifically construction specifications, building materials, methods and procedures
-Ability to apply basic engineering principles to construction challenges
-Creates basic schedule, monitor and forecast resources for optimum efficiency
-Knowledge of safety principles / procedures / legislation
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, scheduling software, Word and Outlook and internal operational systems
