AIDS Programs South Saskatchewan is currently seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Executive Director.

Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will provide insightful and strategic management and administration to the organization while continuing to foster our tradition of community stewardship. As the successful candidate you will ensure effective daily operations of the organization, oversee all areas of human resource management, maintain and foster strong relationships with partner agencies and organizations, ensure responsible oversight of the Needle Exchange Program, develop and implement a comprehensive plan for empowering agency volunteers, monitor education/outreach programs and client services to ensure that needs are being met and work with our Board on short and long term strategic planning.

The successful candidate will have post secondary education in the areas of administration, not-for-profit management, government relations or a related combination of education and experience. You must have proven success in not-for-profit administration at an executive/management level coupled with highly effective communication skills, strong organization capability and excellent leadership ability.

Salary commensurate with experience.
