Description

The new Whitewood Chrysler is looking for full time Parts Advisor! The Parts advisor is a customer specialist who responds quickly and effectively to customer needs. They are a very important part of the dealership and crucial to after sale customer satisfaction!

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Acting as a liaison between customers and the service technicians
-Professionally handling all of customer and supplier interactions
-Creating and maintaining relationships with customers
-Coordinate ordering, delivery, and installation of desired parts and accessories between the Parts, Service, and Sales Departments to meet customer expectations.
- Manage perpetual inventory
