Rona Regina is looking for a Department Sales Manager in Flooring to join our team.

Job Overview:
Our Sales Managers are responsible for leading the sales and service team in achieving all RONA service standards along with maximizing sales and gross margin.  The successful candidate will have superb interpersonal and customer service skills along with a commitment to achieving business results and the ability to lead, motivate and coach employees.

Responsibilities include:

Results Driven:
Acts with a strong sense of urgency.
Demonstrates managerial courage by taking accountability for results outcomes and challenging the status quo.
Empowers team to deliver on expectations and ensures accountability from Team Members.
Understands key business levers and uses them to positively impact the business.

Customer Experience:
Creates an engaging environment through leading by example and clear communication.
Demonstrates to be in tune with own management style and understands its impact on stakeholders.
Builds high performance teams through effective recruitment, development, and recognition and performance management.
Demonstrates obsession for customer satisfaction through modeling and supporting RONAs customer experience standards and practices.

Store Operations
Effectively communicate, plan and provide instruction to employees daily.
Work with senior management to develop action plans to improve performance, increase sales, manage expenses, and improve RONA Opinion ratings, stock-outs and inventory turns.
Anticipate and schedule department needs within labour budget.
