The Salvation Army is looking for a qualified and dedicated individual for the Residential Youth Worker position at Bethany Home.
The Residential Youth Worker is required to demonstrate empathy, concern, and interest in providing quality care to residents in accordance with The Salvation Army values & standards. Educational Requirement: Preferred certificate, diploma, or degree in related field (ie: Youth Care, Social Work, or other Humanities) & 1-3 Years Experience working with youth.
Qualification Requirement: First Aid/CPR, Food Safe, and Class 5 Drivers Licence.
Must be able and willing to provide Criminal Record Check including Vulnerable Sector check.
Must be able and willing to provide a Drivers Abstract with clean driving record.
Hours of work: Part-time, 12:00am to 8:00am every Saturday & Sunday
Wage: Base Salary of $19.00 per hour with consideration of experience & qualifications
