Brandt Equipment Solutions Ltd. is currently seeking a Planner for their Regina, SK location. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Planner is responsible for the ensuring on-time delivery of materials and communicating any updates in schedules for Brandt Equipment Solutions. The incumbent is to work with production planning, purchasing, suppliers and other related personnel to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities:

Expedite - Ensure confirmations of the orders have been received from the supplier. If not, contact the supplier and ensure receipt of the order and obtain up-dated information.
Report any delivery delays to the purchaser and production planner immediately, identify, and follow through with corrective action required.
Review shop floor production daily and provide kitting group with jobs to pick.
Develop good relations with the supply base.
Work closely with the Quality Assurance group to address delivery related Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) with suppliers.
Manage the relationships with all transportation supplier and work closely with Brandt Tractor to synergize transportation providers where possible.
Ensure all purchasing orders and related documentation is filed properly.
Work closely with Scheduler and Shop Floor Supervisors to understand and identify any potential production concerns.
Provide back-up support and coverage for purchasing as required.


Qualifications:
Microsoft Office  Required
Understanding of AutoCAD / Solid works  Asset
Communication Skills, Oral & Written - Required
