Equipment Sales Manager- Southeastern Saskatchewan

The Role:
Mentor and lead a successful team of equipment sales professionals
Develops and manages the annual sales plan for the sales team to meet the required targets, budget constraints, and strategic goals of the Company.
Ensures that sales team members develop and implement their own key account plans for their top clients.
Aligns sales plans and activities with marketing initiatives.
Maintains an open line of communication with the marketing team to maximize results.
Directs the performance and activities of the sales team and ensures agreed upon KPIs and targets meet objectives.
Identifies and assigns training and development programs as needed.
The Ideal Candidate:
Post-secondary education or technical diploma considered an asset
Minimum 5 years of successfully leading a team of sales professionals
Highly self-motivated, organized and detail oriented.
Proven track record of success in sales and top line growth.
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Preference is given to those with equipment sales experience
