We are currently looking for a new Outlets Manager Assistant to help oversee operations in our DISH Restaurant and Knotted Thistle Pub. You would be responsible for assisting the outlets manager with the day to day operation of our Knotted Thistle pub, Dish restaurant and room service under the direction of the outlets manager.  This includes attending to guests needs, front of the house staff and the on-going training, supervision and development of the three outlets. Previous food and beverage experience is considered an asset, however it is not required.

Responsibilities:
*Interact with customers and maintain the highest level of customer service
*Cover staff shortages where needed
*Listen and respond to customer complaints

The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
*Detail oriented with good communication skills
*Reliable and enthusiastic
*Basic food and beverage knowledge
*Good understanding of the food & beverage industry
*Enjoy working with a team in a busy, fast-paced environment


Must be available to work mainly Saturday, Sunday & Monday evening shifts, however, when business levels call, more shifts may be required so an open availability is beneficial.

Must have your Serve it Right certificate.
