Duties and responsibilities:
-  Initiates, builds and maintains positive long-term trusting relationships with business owners, human resource professionals, union leaders and hiring managers.
-  Builds community awareness of supported employment concepts and how these benefit business.
-  Guided by individual person-centred plans, provides direction and support to job seekers to engage in a successful job search.
-  Initiates, and provides follow up on, employer leads to develop and coordinate employment, work experiences, workplace tours, practical and informal interviews, this includes cold calls to employers.
-  Works with employers to develop unique employment opportunities that are based on both business need and job seekers abilities.  
-  Analyzes and maintains awareness of current labour market trends and threats within industries to aid in defining target markets for promotion of individual job seekers.  
-  Provides quality customer service to employers by ensuring that onsite supports are offered.
-  Maintains accurate client and employer information using a Microsoft Access database.
-  Self-initiates core responsibilities while working as an effective team member.

Qualifications:
-  Relevant post-secondary education in Business or Human Services and three years related experience.
-  Ability to support job seekers goals and to assist in the achievement of these goals using supported employment practices and strategies.  
-  Understanding of the labour market, sales techniques, fundamental business practices, recruitment practices and job development strategies.
-  Knowledge of Saskatchewan Labour Standards, Occupational Health and Safety Standards and Labour related regulations.
-  Valid Class 5 Drivers Licence and a reliable vehicle.
The final candidates are required to provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check, including Vulnerable Sector Search.
