Beverly Ashdown Day Spa has been helping make Saskatoon beautiful for more than 20 years.
The spa is seeking an individual with a strong service orientation to join us in the dual role of junior front desk receptionist and spa attendant.
The successful candidate's attitude and image will reflect our reputation for excellence. Key qualities include a positive attitude, patience, flexibility and team play.
Reception duties require commitment to detail, procedure and accuracy. You work in close quarters with four other front desk colleagues to provide excellent customer service, effectively selling the spas's time when booking reservations using specialized spa software, and helping keep the retail area clean and looking fabulous.
As spa attendant, you support the team by setting up treatment rooms and performing housekeeping tasks including laundry. This role is key to keeping services flowing seamlessly and ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience during each visit.
Other duties include learning about the amazing product lines we carry to ensure guests can continue their experience at home. Products include the Jane Iredale mineral makeup line, so yes, you will get to play with makeup.
Wage will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Hours are varied and include Wednesday and Thursday evenings and Saturdays. The spa is closed Sundays and statutory holidays.
