Description

SUPER GUYS has an opportunity for a General Manager in charge of day to day operations to work in our Regina office on a permanent basis. The General Manager schedules, directs, coordinates, trains and leads the crew to achieve or exceed planned safety, production, quality, and recovery targets while minimizing costs and labour/customer relations issues. The ideal candidate will posses a candid professional attitude. Have reliable transportation, well groomed and spoken and have the ability to effectively lead our Saskatchewan market into the stratosphere.

Job Responsibilities

Due diligence  make every reasonable effort to ensure the safety the employees
Ensure that all procedures are followed
Operate all equipment in a safe manner
Ensure all team members are trained for their position
Monthly safety/team meetings
Support all company and regulatory requirements
Provide or arrange training for employees to meet the standards of the job they are performing
Consistently meet daily planned production and all required targets
Effectively report mechanical and/or supplies concerns immediately
Contribute to the success of the Saskatoon operations
Engage employees in continuous improvement to identify and improve moral
Monitoring the on-going work and identifying the problems if any
Keeping track of the expenses and developing operating budget


Job Requirements

Possess strong communication, supervisory and interpersonal skills
Have computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
Must have a bachelor's degree with at least one year experience in management or two year degree with at least three years experience in management
Must be available (mornings, evenings and weekends)
MUST have staffing experience
Must have customer service experience
Valid driver license and own transportation
Professional and formal appearance
