Wynyardigans Childcare Center is currently accepting applications for the position of Executive Director.
Some of the duties include: Maintain accurate recordkeeping( Children's files, staff files,billing & fee collection, receipts, attendance records, banking)
Complete annual licensing requirements
Maintain enrollment
Recruit qualified staff
Arrange staff scheduling to meet ratios
Conduct regular performance reviews
Encourage personal and professional growth
Ensure the overall safety of children enrolled at Center
Oversee menu
Assist & address families concerns
Ensure effective communication with families through various methods
Attend all board meetings in an advisory capacity
Provide a written report on the status of the Center to Board Members
Ensure that the Center meets all legal requirements
