Riverbend Co-op has entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement with Viterra to acquire three Gardiner Dam Terminal Ag Services (GDT Ag Services) locations in Broderick, Strongfield and Tullis.  These purchases are expected to be finalized on December 19 if all conditions are met.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Grow Team Division Manager is responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of our Crop Protection, Fertilizer and Farm Equipment operations. This role is the key driver to operational success with a focus on customer relations, marketing, financial management and Talent Management. The Grow Team Division Manager is a key liaison in the community by building networks and enhancing our Co-ops profile in the community.
The successful candidate must have demonstrated experience in change management, Crop Protection, Fertilizer & Agriculture. The ideal candidate will hold an Ag Degree or Diploma and be willing to obtain the CCA designation or equivalent.  Candidates with a relevant combination of education and agricultural experience will be considered.
