Description

Our Yorkton location is in need of a knowledgeable and reliable person with a solid understanding of plumbing products to work on our customer service counter.  Accountabilities in this role include:

    Providing immediate, personal customer service at the counter.
    Receiving customer orders and entering into the system accurately.
    Processing sales transactions.
    Providing information about products, services & promotional offerings.
    Providing accurate pricing, inventory, and delivery information.
    Pulling & packing customer orders promptly, completely & accurately.
    Handling customer complaints and returns.
    Stocking shelves and maintain warehouse aisles.
    Assisting with inventory counts.
    Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in the plumbing industry, with a good understanding of plumbing products. A commitment to outstanding customer service is required to be part of our team.  The successful candidate will also have strong computer skills along with good communication and organizational skills.
