The Energy Economist works to ensure major capital spending is prudent by completing in-depth quantitative and qualitative case analysis and providing capital spend recommendations. This position also supports the creation, modification and implementation of business policy, to ensure promotion of long term sustainability and protection against financial loss.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Degree in Economics, Commerce or Engineering would be considered.
- A Financial Designation or a Masters Degree would be considered an asset.
- Six (6) years of post-graduate experience and demonstrated competency in the energy sector or natural gas markets.
