Description

The Materials Management Coordinator position, through the campus shipping receiving staff, is responsible for planning, directing, co-coordinating, organizing and overseeing the activities of each campuss shipping and receiving departments in providing support services to programs and other support departments at the campus.
In addition, this position is responsible for standardizing processes for consistency of service at each campus; and overseeing those contracts, ACTS and legislative Agreements and regulations that directly impact the Materials Management function. (i.e. Enterprise, Canadian Border Security ACT (CBSA), Canada Post, Pitney Bowes, linen and laundry, asset disposal, and importing/exporting requirements.
This position will be expected to travel to each campus to ensure standardized, effective and efficient processes are in place at each campus.

This position can be located in Saskatoon, Regina, Moose Jaw or Prince Albert.
