Job Purpose
Delivers sales support to walk-in member transactions, including deposits and withdrawals. Identifies member needs, originates sales, and drives referrals to Personal Bankers or other Specialists. Delivers administrative advice centre tasks, including campaign execution, scheduling, and member account opening and servicing. May be required to perform certain Personal Banker tasks, depending on Advice Centre requirements. Responsible to educate members and bring awareness to technology-enabled ways in which to interact with Affinity.
Working Conditions
Because Affinity serves members in communities across Saskatchewan, this position will require the successful candidate to travel between locations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to provide member centric financial advice and resolutions for a broad range of financial products and services
- Experience with using a broad range of digital channels and devices (i.e. online services, mobile applications, smartphones, tablets, etc.)
- Intermediate knowledge of Affinity Credit Unions products and services
