Elite Property Management Ltd. is a well-established local company that is focused on managing condominium complexes, apartment rentals, and residential rentals. We take great pride in offering our clients comprehensive knowledge of the Saskatoon and area rental marketplace, as well as expertise in creative marketing and a total commitment to building relationships based on communication and trust.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking addition to our Elite team. This position would be placed in the condo department assisting our four Condominium Managers, Condominium Accountants and the owner of the company. Being in this position you must be eager to learn, have a team player attitude and present yourself in a professional manner.
Duties Include:
Answering client inquiries, relaying phone messages, booking boardrooms for condo meetings
Typing up letters, notices, flyers
Preparing labels and doing mail outs
Photocopying, scanning, and filing of financial statements, cheques, deposit slips, letters
Writing up monthly bank deposits for the condominiums we manage
Data Entry in our property database and financial database

Ability to work under pressure
Multi task and remain organized
Meet deadlines accordingly
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Knowledge of using office equipment
Follow policies and procedures set in place by the organization
Education Requirements:
Previous Administrative Assistant Experience is preferred
Completion of a one- or two-year college or other program for administrative assistants would be considered an asset
