Description

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
    Prepare and cook Allergic meals as per order.
    Supervise dishwasher and work under minimum supervision.
    Oversee kitchen operations with responsibility.
    Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
    May clean kitchen and work area.
    Monitor Supplies and inform manager when running low.
    Wash and peel vegetables and fruit, Prep for next day, set up and Stock stations.
    Wash work tables, cupboards and appliances with proper chemicals.
    Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers.
    May wash dishes, Pots and pans.
    Unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, cupboards and other storage areas.
    Sweep and mop floors.
    Clean Griddle, Grill, Fryers, Vents, etc.
    Doing Daily, Weekly & Monthly Cleaning checklist.
    Take temperatures of all fridges, Freezers and food. Maintain Temperature Logs Daily.
